  • AJ Pell is the founder and creative force behind Peridot Events, known for her savvy, confidence, sharp instincts, and genuine connection with clients. She leads with curiosity, care, and clarity—and is a unique blend of logistics, vision, and creative spark brought to life.

PRODUCER & VENDOR MANAGER

  • Cala is an experienced Event Producer managing corporate conferences, non-profit fundraisers, weddings, and music festivals. She keeps every detail flowing smoothly, infusing humor, strategy, and heart into every event.

PRODUCER & GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

  • Lana is an expert in registration, hotel and travel logistics, and front-of-house operations. She oversees the full guest journey—from registration platform setup to onsite check-in and hospitality. Her calm leadership ensures a smooth, welcoming, and accessible experience for all attendees, including speakers and VIPs.

CONTENT & A/V PRODUCTION LEAD

  • Jennifer brings deep experience in managing live, hybrid, and virtual events for global audiences. With a background in technical production and speaker support, she ensures content delivery is seamless and production-ready—partnering closely with internal teams, AV vendors, and presenters to bring your message to life on stage and screen.

OPERATIONS MANAGER & TALENT LIAISON

  • Rachel is Peridot’s logistics wizard and on-the-ground operations lead. With unparalleled attention to detail, she keeps vendors, teams, and timelines in sync—while also serving as a trusted talent liaison for speakers and VIP guests. Whether backstage or at load-in, Rachel brings her super power tool belt to every stage of production.
